THINGS TO KNOW
Before Booking
1. BOOKING & CHECK-IN
- We are an appointment-only facility. Please make sure your booking is confirmed before arrival.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled check-in appointment.
2. BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
- F3 vaccination within the last 12 months. Proof of vaccination is required.
- Up to date with flea & worm prevention (at least 48 hours before check-in).
- Cats must arrive in a secure and well-ventilated carrier.
3. FOOD, BELONGINGS & MEDICATION
- We provide Royal Canin dry food. Please bring your cat's usual food if they have special dietary needs.
- You are welcome to bring a small blanket or favourite toy.
- We can administer most oral and topical medications. Please provide clearly labelled medication, instructions and a recent vet report. Additional fees apply.
- We will do our best, but cannot guarantee administration if your cat becomes stressed or aggressive. Cats requiring complex or life-sustaining medication should board with a veterinarian.
4. AFTER-HOURS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
- Standard Hours
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Outside these hours: $50 surcharge per appointment.
- After-hours appointments available by arrangement between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Please arrive on time. Waiting times over 1 hour will incur additional charges.
5. BOARDING CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in (14 days during Peak Periods): 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in (7 days during Peak Periods): 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
6. CAT GROOMING
- Grooming is by appointment only. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance.
- Please tell us if your cat is afraid of water or dryers, has shown aggressive behaviour, or is having their first professional groom as an adult.
- We use a gentle, low-stress approach.
- Your cat's safety and comfort come first.
- If your cat becomes highly stressed, resistant or aggressive, we may pause or stop the service. Completion of all grooming services cannot be guaranteed.
