Your cat’s safety and emotional wellbeing are always our highest priority. If your cat shows strong resistance or significant signs of stress during the grooming session, we may pause or stop the service for their safety. Therefore, completion of all booked grooming services cannot be guaranteed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Rather than forcing a grooming session to be completed, we believe it is more important that every cat finishes their experience feeling safe and as comfortable as possible.
