Terms and Conditions

Introduction
  1. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services provided by Hajimi cat hotel. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Hajimi cat Hotel. The terms “owner,” “you,” and “your” refer to the owner of the pet or the agent acting on behalf of the pet owner.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site and all services provided by Hajimi cat Hotel. By making a booking , you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without notice.
  4. Full payment of all charges and fees for the entire booking duration is required prior to check-in.
  5. You agree to pay all costs and charges for special services requested or deemed necessary by Hajimi cat Hotel during the stay, including but not limited to the costs of flea treatment, vet bills, medical expenses, travel fees, and labor costs.
  6. Grooming prices are indicative and may vary depending on your cat’s size, coat condition, and temperament.
  7. If your cat displays stress, aggression, or any signs of illness during the grooming session, we may need to stop the service for their safety and wellbeing. The health and comfort of your cat are always our top priority
Boarding requirement:
  1. You must provide accurate information, including pet owner details and pet information.
  2. All pets must be aged 4 months or older.
  3. All pets must be de-sexed.
  4. All pets must be fully vaccinated(F3 or higher vaccination). Proof of current vaccination must be provided to us before the check-in date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you fail to provide the pet’s current vaccination certificate as required by this policy.
  5. All pets must have been treated for fleas and worms within 48 hours before the check-in date. If Hajimi cat hotel finds that your pets have fleas or worms while in our care, we reserve the right to treat any felines for fleas/worms. Additional charges will be added to your invoice.
  6. All pet’s microchips must be current and correctly registered with the appropriate authorities,This helps us reunite you quickly with your pet in the unlikely event of an escape during their stay.
  7. The Owner warrants that its pet is free of all diseases and illnesses. Hajimi Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet, including those exhibiting aggressive behavior, requiring professional medical care, or suspected of having illnesses, carrying infectious diseases, or parasites.
  8. Pets from the same family may share a room with the owner’s consent.
  9. All pets being dropped off or collected from the facility must be in a carrier.
  10. Pets can be collected during our opening hours. Out of hours collections may be arranged but will incur an additional fee. This service must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to intended pick up.
  11. If your pets are not collected by the nominated check out date, the standard nightly charge will apply for each night until the pets are collected.
  12. If the pet is not picked up 14 days after the checkout date, the pet will be considered as an abandoned pet, Hajimi cat Hotel reserve the right to seek alternative home for the pet or surrender to the pound.
Payment and Cancellation
  1. Boarding rates are charged on a per-calendar-night basis and the owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding effective on the date the pet is checked in to Paws Hotel. If the pet’s stay is reduced during peak periods, the full booking amount is payable.
  2. Full payment of all charges and fees for the entire booking duration is required before check-in.
  3. You agree to pay all costs and charges for special services requested or deemed necessary by Hajimi Cat Hotel during the stay, including but not limited to the costs of flea treatment, vet bills, medical expenses, travel fees, and labor costs.
  4. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  5. A cancellation fee of 30% depositof the full booking amount will apply if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date (14 days during peak periods). A cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking amount will apply if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date (within 7 days during peak periods).
  6. Cancellation or changes in Cat Taxi service require at least 24 hours notice in advance, or full charge will apply.
  7. Credit card payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Medical care
  1. If your pets are on medication, we will endeavour to ensure that it is given the appropriate doses at appropriate times. We accept no responsibility for any liability in relation to the administration or lack of administration of medication to your pets.
  2. At the time of your booking, we will require you to provide details of your preferred vet.
  3. If there is a medical emergency and your pets requires urgent medical attention, we will endeavour to contact you prior to taking your pets to the vet.
  4. If we cannot contact you, we will make every attempt to take you pets to your preferred vet. If we cannot get to your preferred vet, we will use our local vet.
  5. You authores Hajimi Cat hotel to allow emergency vet treatment up to the cost of $300.
  6.  You are responsible for any medical fees arising from the vet visit.
  7. Under no circumstances will Hajimi Cat Hotel and its employees are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to pets in our care, regardless of negligence.
  8. In the event that your feline dies while in our care, we will notify you as soon as practicable to arrange collection
  9. We will follow the instructions provided by the owner if their own food is provided. We will not be responsible for the quality and safety of the food provided by the owner.
General Clauses
  1. You acknowledge and agree to allow Hajimi Cat Hotel to photograph and/or film your pest at any time during the stay. The photographs and/or films may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and/or social media accounts.
  2. Owners are responsible for any excessive damage caused to any other pets or property by their pets.
  3. Hajimi Cat Hotel reserves the right to adjust/change the pets’ services to ensure the safety and welfare of all pets staying at Hajimi Cat Hotel.
  4. The owner acknowledges by signing this contract they agree to the above terms and conditions.
Transport

1. Booking & Availability

Transport must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. We recommend booking early, especially during peak periods.

2. Safety & Carriers

Cats must be transported in a secure and well-ventilated carrier provided by the owner. If a suitable carrier is not provided, one may be supplied for an additional fee (subject to availability).

3. Timing

Please note that transport booking times are indicative only. While we do our best to be punctual, exact pick-up or drop-off times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and scheduling variations.

4. Owner or Representative Presence

Someone must be present to hand over and receive the cat at the arranged address. If no one is available at the agreed time, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care during transport, we are not liable for pre-existing health issues, injuries caused by the acccident or cat’s own behaviour, incorrect information provided by the owner.

6. Cancellation Policy

Transport cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Payment

Transport fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
